RO-CO Inc. is a professional construction and renovation company proudly serving Leeds & Grenville, Stormont–Dundas–Glengarry, and surrounding Ontario communities. With over 30 years of hands-on construction experience and 7 years of civil engineering education, we bring technical expertise, structural knowledge, and refined craftsmanship to every project we complete.

The name RO-CO represents the partnership at the heart of our business — the first two letters of Rodney and Connie. This foundation reflects how we operate: built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to quality. Rodney leads with extensive construction experience and project execution, while Connie contributes artistic vision and interior design expertise, ensuring every space is both structurally sound and beautifully finished.

We specialize in home renovations, additions, custom builds, kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and basement apartments. Whether it’s a complete new build or a carefully planned renovation, our approach is simple: we do what we say we’re going to do — in the timeline we provide.
